St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway at The George in Richmond

One lucky winner could walk away with a brand new house, all while helping children and families who need it the most. Melissa Wilson live at the St. Jude Dream Home in Richmond. Take a look at the entrance of your new neighborhood as soon as you buy that $100 ticket, it could be yours. It's a beautiful neighborhood out here. It's called the George in Richmond, such a beautiful space and it all comes from the historic background of George Ranch. It's really close to that, it's just around the corner. In fact, I have a special guest joining me right now, Jordan, so good to see you. You're with All About Concrete and you know what? Concrete costs a whole lot of dough and it's a whole lot of work to make it happen. But back there at that gorgeous house, you helped bring the concrete to life and even the driveway, right? The foundation? Yes, ma'am. We start with the foundation and as the build goes on towards the end of it, we come in and put in the driveway towards the end of the construction. We all know that everything strong begins with a strong foundation, right? How meaningful is it to you to be involved in this? It means a lot, especially for what they're doing with the St. Jude Dream Home, just to be able to contribute and put in our time and effort. It means a lot. I love it. Jordan Barron, thank you for your time for being out here. We're gonna go show everybody that concrete later this hour. You'll see it for yourself right now. I'm gonna hop in and you're gonna drive with me right here on Fox 26. So I wanna show you here as fast as I can. So we can go for a little drive. How fun is this? Get my seatbelt on for you. And here we go. I'm gonna make sure my photographer Raymond is in safe and sound. Are we good to go, Ray J? We're good to go. All right, here we go. We don't need any wrecks here on Fox 26 Live doing. Okay, so this is the opening of your neighborhood. Look how beautiful it is. It is so beautiful. And I love that you've got the history of it right here with the generations came before. So I think that's going back to Jordan Ranch. And yes, my photographer is, we're going very slow. There's nobody else out here, but you're going to hear his seatbelt sign going off here. So, but just take a look at all the beautiful landscaping and it's all fresh. It's all beautiful. You have a nice taste of the water over here. There you see the flags flying over there and it says your story comes next. So my friends, your story could come next out here at the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway. And just like people that you met, just like Jordan, who is donating his time and his efforts and the product to build this home without charging St. Jude a dime is truly incredible. And you will get to be in this neighborhood from the ground up. Look over here, we've got a lot of construction going on by this beautiful lake, and you're going to see all these new homes coming up. I mean, it is just such a pretty space out here. The sunrise this morning, if you joined us early, you know, was absolutely incredible. It was just so beautiful. And look at the pretty space over here. There's a lot of green spaces, so you can see the trees, which is really nice. There's the model home park where you can get a good idea of what the house is. And quickly, I'm going to get you over here as I wrap up to show you how beautiful and big the schools are. All the schools, they're building another one, are going to be walking distance to the kiddos' houses, which is really nice. It's right there. All right, Delon, what do you think?
