What I love most is like what it represents and that's like hope for the kids and families of St. Jude and how the community rallies together. think of all of like our builders and our trades and all the vendors that donate their time and their services to put this beautiful home together at zero cost to St. Jude so that all of the funds from ticket sales go directly back to the work that we're doing. There are a lot of things about this home that truly make it a dream home. Right now we see nothing but dirt out here, but there are going to be irrigation systems. There's going to be an unbelievable generator in this house. Tell us a little more about that. Anybody who's living in Houston for a moment knows how important those things are. Yeah, absolutely. This house is literally gonna come with all the bells and whistles. But I think one of the most awesome is the standby generator that has been donated to the house. Anyone who's been through any of the storms in Houston or the ice storm that happened a couple years ago knows what it's like if you don't have power. So having that standby generator in your dream home, I couldn't think of anything better. And we'll have a lovely sprinkler system out here to bring all the landscaping comes in and this is nice and green. You won't have to be out here with a hose and water it yourself. Absolutely. I think we are from the landscaper and how beautiful the landscaping is gonna be and having that irrigation system to keep all of that thriving.
