Animal Crossing The Roost Coffee - The Best Coffee You've Ever Tasted

Ingredients:

Pigeon Milk:
1/2 cup whole milk, steamed
2 tsp orange marmalade or orange zest
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Sugar, to taste

To make Roost Cafe Mocha
1 shot of Lungo espresso or 1/2 cup strong black coffee
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 recipe owl milk, frothed

In a French press, place marmalade, vanilla, and desired sugar. Pour on steamed milk and stir carefully. Allow to steep for five minutes. Then, pump CAREFULLY until milk is frothy. Strain into milk pitcher.

Into your serving cup, place your cocoa powder. Pull a fresh shot of espresso, lungo style. That means you pull it with a little more water than usual. If you don’t have an espresso machine, you can use strong black coffee, to the tune of about 1/2 cup, just make sure it’s hot.

Using a chopstick, stir in the cocoa powder carefully, doing your best not to damage the crema on top. If you’re using regular coffee, you can be less careful.

Pour on your primed milk. You can style the top with the chopstick, dragging the milk in whatever your desired pattern is. Serve immediately.
