Palm Fruit Syrup:
1 cup raw sugar or coconut sugar
1 cup water
1 TBL rum, optional

Gerudo Milk Punch base:
1 cup cups whole milk
1 2/3 cups watermelon juice
1 1/2 cups grapefruit juice
3 TBL hibiscus tea blend or other strong, fruity tea
2 cups cup boiling water
1/2 lemon, juiced
Pinch of salt

Seltzer, sliced watermelon, dried cranberries and ice, to serve

For Palm Fruit Syrup: In a small pot, place sugar and water. Bring to a boil, and stir to dissolve the sugar. Take off the heat, and stir in the rum. You can leave it out, but it makes your syrup last longer. Allow to cool completely, keep in the fridge until ready to use.

Add leaves to boiling water. Steep for five minutes. Strain out leaves. Add a pinch of salt. Allow to cool to room temperature. Add grapefruit juice. Add watermelon juice. You can use fresh or from a bottle for each of the juices. Squeeze in half a lemon. Add a pinch of salt.

Place milk in a large pitcher or measuring cup. Slowly pour over your juice/tea mixture. It will curdle, that's okay. Allow to sit for one hour. Using a coffee paper filter, strain out yucky milk stuff. Then, sweeten to taste with palm fruit syrup. Don't go crazy, you shouldn't need more than a few tablespoons. Store in a pitcher in the fridge until ready to use.

To make a Noble Pursuit: Pour 4 oz of milk punch base into a tall glass full of ice. Top off with seltzer water. Stir with a straw to combine. Drink happily.
