October 6, 2026. I spoke at the Arcadia City Council meeting.

Arcadia has been my home since 1967. I started as an Arcadia Police Explorer in 1977, served nearly 40 years in law enforcement, and retired as a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Sergeant.

Service is not something I discovered when I decided to run. It has been my life for nearly 50 years.

The surrogacy investigation now before the justice system is deeply disturbing. That process has to be allowed to work.
Law enforcement taught me a simple rule. Start with the facts. Follow the evidence. Reach your findings. Then act.

You do not write the headlines then look for facts later. You do not turn every crisis into political theater. You stay calm. You ask hard questions. You protect people. And you get the job done.

There are not two Arcadias. There is one community to protect, one public trust to uphold, and one city we all call home.
That is why I am running for Arcadia City Council, District 2.
