48 hours in Champagne, France, and what a very special trip this was.
We were lucky enough to be invited to Billecart-Salmon, one of the world's most prestigious Champagne houses and my personal favourite. Every special occasion we celebrate with a bottle of this. Safe to say this was an invite we weren't going to turn down.
We packed up the car and drove from London to France via le shuttle for two days of incredible food, lots of Champagne (obviously...), exploring the beautiful French countryside and getting a proper behind-the-scenes look at how some of the world's best Champagne is made.
