Vanlife Looks Perfect… Until Days Like THIS! 🚐 Full Time Van Life

Vanlife might look like beautiful beaches, incredible scenery and complete freedom… but some days the reality is a little different! 🚐😂

My solo road trip along the Welsh coast continues as I head towards Aberystwyth, but things aren't quite as straightforward as I'd hoped.

First, I struggle to find somewhere suitable to park for the night. Then my next overnight stop turns out to be a rather busy lay-by. And when I finally get out to explore the gorgeous Welsh countryside, I attempt a hike that proves a little more challenging than expected!

Despite a few setbacks, there are still beautiful beaches, castles and some absolutely incredible scenery along the way.

This is the reality of full-time solo female vanlife: the freedom, the adventures, the unexpected challenges and the days when things don't quite work out.

Hi, I'm Sara! 👋
After spending almost two years living full-time in my van while my house was being renovated, I moved back home - but I never stopped missing the freedom of life on the road.
So I've decided to give full-time vanlife another go. 🚐❤️
This time there's a challenge: can I build enough online income to pay my mortgage back home AND support a life of travelling in my van?
I've worked out that I need to earn around £100 a day, so I'm sharing the real journey as I try to make that happen - the adventures, beautiful park-ups, costs, income, unexpected problems and everything that doesn't quite go to plan!
