Vanlife Didn’t Go to Plan… But I’m Glad It Didn’t 🚐

My Welsh road trip definitely isn't going according to plan… and I'm actually quite happy about that. 😂🚐

I arrived in Llanfairfechan expecting to stay briefly and then continue my journey, but one of the things I'm starting to love about full-time vanlife is having the freedom to completely change my plans.

I met a wonderful group of fellow vanlifers and decided to stick around. One thing led to another, we had a VERY fun evening… 🍷😂 and let's just say the following day wasn't particularly productive!

Eventually I dragged myself out of bed, sorted the van, filled up with water and had a little mission to complete before finally getting back on the road.

This time I'm heading for Anglesey, where after all the socialising and chaos, I'm looking for a quiet park-up and a little time by myself.

I'm now into my third week of full-time vanlife, trying to balance exploring, meeting people, working online and building enough income to see whether I can genuinely make this lifestyle sustainable.

And I'm quickly discovering that sometimes the best parts of vanlife are the things you never planned at all. ❤️

After spending almost two years living full-time in my van while my house was being renovated, I moved back home - but I never stopped missing the freedom of life on the road.
So I've decided to give full-time vanlife another go. 🚐❤️
