Case Study House Nr 16 is the perfect example of the principles of the CSH movement: an economic and industrial build, yet comfortable modernist home build for people with an avarage income. It's also in a pristine condition. Making it an important home. I made a complete video with my own drawings and photos found on the internet. To preserve the legacy of the Case Study House architects.
