Whew! Mama was in rare form this day — cutting up, being messy, and bringing all the sass. 💅🏽 She got on my last nerve, but I couldn’t stop laughing. The kind of belly laugh that reminds me why I keep showing up with love, patience, and humor.

This is the reality of dementia caregiving: some days are exhausting, but other days, your loved one keeps you laughing so hard you forget the stress (at least for a little while). And I’ll take these moments ANY day. 💜
