Nothing beats the smell of roasted potatoes in the oven. Today, we are making simple, golden, and extra crispy potato wedges. They are incredibly crunchy on the outside, perfectly fluffy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection.
📋 INGREDIENTS:
• 6 potatoes
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• Salt / Dried garlic / Italian herbs (e.g., oregano, basil, thyme).
• 1 tbsp starch
• 3 tbsp breadcrumbs.
Delicious sauce:
• 1 cup of sour cream
• 5 tbsp of mayonnaise
• 2 cloves of garlic
• Fresh dill.
