This home has been owned by the Herman family since 2011, and during that time they have undertaken a massive restoration of the property. Original elements blend beautifully and seamlessly with salvaged pieces that have this home shining like it did when it was newly built.

Some of our favorite design details are the painstakingly applied stencils around the perimeter of most of the rooms, copied from period pattern books and done in authentic Victorian era colors.
