This is Day 2 of The Nervous System Wealth Recode, a 9-part video program.
Today we locate where money fear lives in your body and behavior — because you can't release what you can't find.
The Nervous System Wealth Recode is not about budgeting, hustle, or positive thinking. It's about dismantling the nervous-system patterns, beliefs, and survival strategies that silently control how you experience money — so you can build a relationship with money that feels safe, honest, and sustainable.
Wealth isn't just what you earn. It's how safe you feel while receiving.

Hey, this is Sedna White here. I am on day two
of the 13-day Nervous System Wealth Identity Recode.
And today I'm going to share with you what some of the steps are.
And today we're going to be naming the Old Money Survival Story.
And with each one of these practices, so each thing that we do is going to have a semantic
practice with it. So we're going to have...
The semantic practice is, before we even start this, is not to meditate, not to clear your mind,
is to shake out any nervous energy. So I already did that.
And now I'm sitting down. I am listening to...
One of the frequencies that we're going to listen to in this is delta waves.
And what delta waves is, is it helps the subconscious surface.
So you can kind of admit or see with your third eye what those things that you're asking yourself.
Okay. So that's the second step.
And the final, the whole realization for today is to locate the original voice
behind your scarcity behaviors. So to ask yourself, you know,
who taught me that wanting more was dangerous?
Who taught me that it was greedy to want more? Who taught me it was unstable?
And when you're asking yourself that, you're thinking of nothing but that question.
And as it comes up, what you ask yourself that, who taught me that?
That's not about blame. It's about finding the origin of why you're stuck.
So one thing that comes up for me is that what I saw within my household is when my mom bought
a new dress, our lights went off. When my mom had a party, we didn't have something.
When there were new things or new items in the house, my stepfather was upset.
And then the fight ensued. Now let that sit for a moment and realize how it plays out in your life.
For me, it's whenever there's an argument or something, I avoid conflict because I hate the
going back and forth. I kind of diffuse it, became a peacekeeper, a people pleaser.
I am reluctant to pay bills or go out and buy something for myself because I think something's
going to happen. I'm reluctant to do that. I second guess, I think, overthink purchasing
something, overthink buying something, overthink investing in something.
I don't buy nice things, always want to go to the thrift store, don't buy nice things,
or I do buy nice things, but maybe a little less money, or I'll wait till it goes down,
then I don't have it, then it's not there. The other place that I've learned that
having more is greedy is from the Bible, from the people that taught the Bible. They always
mentioned the poor in spirit, meaning that the poor will rule the kingdoms, meaning that you
always had to give part of your money to them because if you had too much, you would be not
in the poor, and the poor are the ones that ruled, but you'd have to give your money to them.
You'd have to give your 10% to them, or if you didn't, you wouldn't have anything,
so being greedy cost me nothing. I would gain nothing. Being unstable, a rich man is unstable
in all his ways. They taught me that a rich man is unstable in all his ways,
so every time that I saw someone who was rich, I didn't think they could think. I didn't think
they had brains. I didn't think they were smart. I didn't think they knew what to do with it,
and I always said if I had their money, I know what to do with it, so now that I know where all
these come from, now I know. I now have to change that narrative, and that's going to take some work,
so the work is really you agreeing that what's not true. Rich people are not unstable.
Those things are lies, so what do I have to get out of my mind is that that Bible verse,
that saying that the Bible is not the narrative. It keeps us under subjection, keeps us under
control of I don't know whom because God is internal in me, and I don't need
a Bible or words that are written by people, so thus I'm people-pleasing again,
so that statement when it comes up, when it rises up, I will now not do that because I now
know about my behavior, so I won't do it. Second thing is I'm not greedy. I am not a greedy person,
so rich people are greedy, and if you don't give to the church, I have to get that out of my head
because maybe it was laying subconsciously saying I didn't give my tithes for a very long time,
so this is my consequence. It's not my consequence. It's my belief that's stopping it because
everything that I want is right here, but my energy, my conscious belief, my subconscious
beliefs is pushing it back, so everything is here, and it's waiting for me, and it's mine.
Those things I have to turn the energy off. See, those beliefs are like spigots that are turned on,
so everything you want, you're saying, right, there's a spigot to it, or let's say a magnet.
I'll say a magnet, and so a magnet to it, so either it's turned the right way or the wrong way
towards what's coming to you, so if you got a negative, it's pushing away what's trying to come
to you, okay, so each of your goals, each of your requests is if you or don't get rid of these
thoughts, it turns the magnet not to the positive but to the negative and pushes your goal or your
desire or your want further away, and it just keeps it at bay until you turn and say that's
no longer true, that no longer serves me. I literally renounce those things. I renounce
that I am, you know, if I become rich, I am going to be unstable. I renounce that. I change that
narrative. I'm stable in all my ways. I know what I'm doing. Greedy. I know that when I have money,
I give it back, and it creates an ecosystem of give back. I know that when I have money, all it
does is lend to the ecosystem. It doesn't take. It's good for me. It rests really good, and we're not
dangerous. Being rich is not dangerous. Being rich is part of the world. It's part of our heritage. It's
part of our birthright. We're rich. The richness of just us. Being just a human being, a live
human being, every piece of us is worth something. Millions. Millions. So how can you say we're not
worth anything, and we're not dangerous? Again, changing the narrative that we, when we are rich,
when we are rich, wealthy, right? We give back to the ecosystem. We give back to the world.
May not be the way each of us do it, but we give back to the world. If we buy a house,
we give back to the economic development. If we buy, we're putting people in homes. If we invest
in ourselves, if we invest in, I don't know, trades that are highly researched, we give back.
Give back to the world. So all those things that we think are ridiculous, we'll sit back,
and we realize, and we accept. I now know where these voices come from in my subconscious.
I now release them, even though they helped me survive. I release them. I release them.
I release what I was taught, what my eyes have seen that no longer serve me, what my ears have
heard that no longer serve me, what patterns I had, behaviors I adapted that no longer serve me.
I now relinquish that to the spirit, and the spirit will override the subconscious things.
That does it for day two. Hang in there.
