Stella’s Circle says it’s filling ‘critical gap’ for an underserved demographic with new housing development

A historic building with over 150 years of history has been converted into a supportive housing facility providing 15 units for women and gender-diverse individuals. Specifically targeting those with histories of chronic homelessness, violence, and criminalization, the project aims to serve a population that has been chronically underserved by existing systems.
