Protesters demanding Churchill Falls referendum

Over a hundred protesters gathered at the Confederation Building and in Happy Valley-Goose Bay to oppose a long-term resource deal. Organized by NL Proud, the group argues the agreement sells resources too cheaply and lacks Indigenous consultation, fearing it will negatively impact multiple future generations.
