Mosaic Pattern Damascus Steel – Knife Making Process

In this video, I show a summarized and sequential process of manipulating steel to create a specific pattern — in this case, a composite Mosaic Damascus, made by combining two different base patterns. It's one of my favorite styles, featuring floral and star-like motifs that make the blade truly unique.

The final look of the pattern depends on how many times you multiply, stack, and flip the layers. In this project, I forged one of my newer designs — smaller in scale, but incredibly beautiful. The video includes the entire forging process, condensed for time, but showing every essential step needed to achieve an impressive mosaic result.
