Massive Chase Brown Leap Incoming...
Sep 6, 2026
Massive Chase Brown leap incoming as this report reveals how he could emerge as a top
back in this league and be a backbone to this Bengals offense this year.
We already know that the Bengals offense is explosive and it is about to get even better.
Welcome back into Bengals Digest everyone, I'm your host Adam Magnani, thank you so much
for joining us here today on the channel as we bring you the Bengals news with just a
week left until Bengals football.
We are on the way, we have technically 8 days but you know after today, one week to go until
the Bengals officially play and so I could not be more excited as we dive in today talking
about a key player on this offense who I think has been overlooked a lot this offseason.
Now in the beginning we kind of talked about how we want him to get signed in this offseason,
we want to get him extended, that did not happen so he's playing on a contract year,
a big year for him and he's coming off a pretty good season last season but we're going to
talk about how he is not going to be overlooked in this Bengals offense and so Ben Baby writes
about this, talks about some quotes, we're going to be talking about all of that here
today.
I mean it's very clear that it's very important for the Bengals to implement the run and stick
to it this season, you've got to keep Joe Burrow healthy, you don't want to put too
much on these start receivers, I know we have a great receiving court but you've got to
have a good balance and that's something that in past years we've seen the Bengals not really
have, Chase Brown coming off a great year but I mean from week 1 we've got to see this
action really get going in the run game and I think that can bring them to an absolute
win which is why I am picking them to win on Cal sheet.
So right now you can see the way that it looks for the Bengals, they're favored in this game
on Cal sheet with a 66% and so the great thing about Cal sheet is that you are trading against
other users as you can see, not like the house like traditional sports books so you're buying
yes or no contracts on the outcome of events across sports, politics, you can even do the
weather but as you can see here I am picking the Bengals for example in week 1 versus the
Tampa Bay Buccaneers putting $25 on the option for yes they will win this game and a payout
of that is $36.98 so be sure to get in on the action with Cal sheet, you can use the
link in the description, if you're interested in trying it out use the link, use the pinned
comment and use code digest NFL when you sign up to get $25 added to your account instantly
and then you can use that $25 to make the same selection that I did, be sure to select
yes on the Bengals for week 1, I'm definitely feeling confident in that especially if they
can get this run game going, I mean it's important for this season, I mean you heard it from
Joe Burrow, he's singing the praises of Chase Brown this year talking about in late July
he was saying we're going to get the ball to Jamar as much as we can but I think a close
second is Chase Brown just because of how explosive he really is and the things he can
do with the ball in his hands and we saw last year what he did with the ball in his hands
I mean 17 games, 1019 rushing yards, 232 carries, 6 rushing touchdowns, 4.39 yards
per carry I mean it's not, that's not something to scoff at, you look at his career that's
the first 1000 yard rushing season he's had, stats a little bit bugged out there I know
week 1 has not been played yet saying he played in one game but you know went from 990 to
1019 and the receiving yards to add on to it, you know you can look at this he's a great
receiving back as well, did not lose a single fumble last year, 5 receiving touchdowns,
I mean it was a great year for Chase Brown, it really was and Joe Burrow is talking about
like hey we want to keep this guy involved in the offense, he continues with this saying
that in terms of how Brown helps in pass protection he says that there's very few backs in this
league that you can say that about and when you have a guy like that you don't have to
take him off the field and we know Samaje Piran not the best pass blocker if you look
at the stats really he gives up a lot but Chase Brown is and you can put him in so many
different packages, you can build different packages for him, altogether a great pass
protector, place him in different places on the field which that's another thing that
we learned a lot about this offseason is just in terms of like where they're going to be
placing him on the field, we saw that they were using him a lot more similarly to Jamar
Chase in this offseason up to this point using him in different spots, I see him probably
motioning a lot in this offense the way that it sounds, going into the slot, maybe lining
up outside the tight end, things like that I'm very curious to see how they use him differently
this season because we've heard a lot about it.
So Justin Hill, Bengals assistant of the team's running backs heading into his 6th season
he said we're just going to try to find ways to just move him around and showcase what
he can do not only in the backfield, in the gun, under center, but also receiving out
of the backfield as well so you know getting under center that's something that we've talked
about a lot this offseason as well getting Joe Burrow to hand the ball off under center
more that does two things for one I think it opens up your playbook it gives you a lot
more versatility opens up more play action and it keeps Joe Burrow healthy and we know
how big of a crucial importance that holds this season is keeping Joe Burrow healthy
if he goes down the chances of us getting far go down significantly as well so gotta
keep Joe healthy gotta get the offense staying dynamic I mean defenses are getting better
in the league and you know they know this offense at this point they know how good Jamar
Chase, T. Higgins, Joe Burrow are you gotta mix in the run and you gotta keep things moving
you gotta mix it up for the defense make it unpredictable and I think that's what they're
headed towards at least it seems like that so I really do hope that that is the case
so James Casey Bengals running game coordinator continues with this he said you're gonna have
situations where you could be going into some cold weather games where things just are not
clicking in the past game you know maybe maybe some rain ball gets wet you gotta run the
ball gotta be able to run it to win those and close those games out I completely agree
I mean if you can get a thousand yard rusher again I can get him up closer to like twelve
hundred thirteen hundred or more yards I think you're golden I think you're golden
for this year and so to hear it from the man himself Chase Brown came out and said this
is one of the best training camps I've been a part of not only for myself but as a team
just seeing the way that everybody's operating it's really encouraging I'm excited about
what we're gonna do this year and I feel like we're capable of a lot and I agree I really
do I think that the training camp it looks promising he says that he had a great training
camp they're talking about going under center more did we see the offense struggle a little
bit in you know some of these offseason drills yeah but they're trying out new things that's
not gonna stick and my main thing is like I just hope they don't abandon it you know
like they try out a couple things or only really try it when like other things aren't
working I think you start to implement this week one versus the Bucks you got to get it
started early get the offense comfortable with it get them feeling it get get the offense
used to playing under center having a wide open playbook you don't want them running
the first running these plays for the first time when you know you're in a one score game
and you gotta you gotta manage the clock and you gotta melt the clock down you know you
don't want to be risking Joe Burrow in the shotgun every single time but let me know
what you guys think down below big shout out to our subs by the way you guys have been crushing
it if we could get to 6k before the season starts that would be incredible I know I've
been pushing it we're still a ways away but I really do think we can do it if y'all help out
and if you're part of that 70% who watch and are not yet subscribed it's completely free help us
get to our goal of 6,000 and we're gonna keep on pushing hopefully get to 10k by the end of
this season I would love that maybe even midseason if we're lucky I don't know I don't want to say
something too crazy but let me know down in the comments what you guys want to see next what you
want us to cover you want us to do like a preview before the game I think we're gonna be talking
with some other creators here on digest media talking about week one maybe doing a preview
with the with the box creator over there Thursday before the game but we'll let you guys know be
sure to stay tuned so you can see it when it comes around and you have a great rest of your day
