Wantagh pet boarding facility speaks out after dog's death

A German Shepherd named Jet died while boarding at The Paw Door in July. While the facility's attorney claims the dog passed away in her sleep due to being overweight and having high anxiety, the owners dispute these claims and report that Jet's harness was returned torn. The town of Hempstead has issued a violation, and the Nassau district attorney is investigating.
