Babylon Branch back on schedule after early morning disabled train caused transit issues

A disabled train at the Babylon train yard in West Islip caused scattered delays for Long Island Railroad commuters this morning. While the MTA reported the issue was resolved around 5:15 AM, lingering delays of 15-20 minutes persist. Riders are encouraged to use alternate branches or allow extra travel time to reach their destinations.
