Search underway for suspect accused in 2 Northern Virginia rape cases

Police are searching for 30-year-old Cesar Mario Torres Juarez, a Spotsylvania man accused of raping employees at two different massage spas on Plank Road. After connecting a recent report in Fredericksburg to a previous case from March, authorities identified Juarez as the suspect. He is currently at large and wanted on multiple felony charges.
