NYC Public Schools, Health Dept. remind parents to vaccinate children ahead of school year

The New York City Health Department and public schools are urging parents to ensure their children are fully vaccinated and have completed their physical examinations before the start of the school year. Required vaccinations include those for measles, chicken pox, and tetanus, and all necessary medical forms must be submitted to the schools.
