Seattle weather: Chance of thunder Thursday

Chief Meteorologist Brian McMillan provides a weather forecast for the Puget Sound region, predicting morning rain followed by a drier afternoon. While weak thunderstorms are possible in higher elevations and the lowlands, no severe weather is expected.
