Kade Nix on UCLA's offense

Will quarterback Nico Iomaliava, I think I got that right, and UCL offense be any better this season, do you think? Well, I mean, I think they have to. Looking at that offense last year, it was pretty abysmal. So one of the good things about having an offense that bad last year is that there's really nowhere to go but up from here. And so you look at the players they brought in, Wayne Knight is going to be incredible in that backfield, I believe. I came, he had about just over 1,300 yards at James Madison last year. And then last year, UCLA's leading rusher was Nico Iomaliava with 500 yards. And so when you don't have a run game, you can't really have a pass game either. So I think Wayne Knight coming in will open up that run game a lot and it'll allow Iomaliava to get going as well. So overall, I mean, they have a lot of pieces coming into this offense. It's going to be pretty much completely different from what we saw last season in terms of talent. And so I think it should be, it should be much better.
