Corte Madera advances tobacco, nicotine bans

Corte Madera, a North Bay town, is poised to become the first community in the U.S. to ban the sale of all nicotine and tobacco products without exception. Following a narrow 3-2 town council vote, the ordinance is expected to be finalized next month and implemented by February 1st.
