Uncle John's Restaurant Review!

Come with me as we check out Uncle John's BBQ on Chicago's South Side. Look at everyone waiting in this line. The total order ordered a half a slab of ribs so that's six bones with one hot link, four wings fry hard with sauce, a small order of turkey tips, and two piece fish fry hard no sauce. The total came to $55. Here's the fish. I said fry hard but it has been sitting in my bag for a minute. This fish is good. It's not catfish though. It's probably swine. Seasoned really really well. I need some hot sauce. You cannot eat in there. We have to take everything with. Four wings fried hard with mild sauce. It comes with fries. It's piping hot. Smoking hot. Here it goes. Mild sauce. I'll tell you right now it's not a Harold's. It's not Harold's chicken. It ain't. But it ain't bad. It's definitely better than Uncle Remus. This is the rib bone. It's big. Let's see. Everything is slathered in the sauce. I would say, I mean they went a little overboard with the sauce. Everything is dripping in the sauce. I would say that limbs is seasoned better. The ribs are tender. You can taste the smoke. It's just way too much sauce. I feel like everything is drowning in sauce. I'm gonna finish this bone now. This is a small turkey tip. It's loaded with fries. I need to get to the meat. Let's see. Very tender. The sauce is nice and mild. Not a lot of seasoning. The tips nice tender juicy smoky. No seasoning. I gotta use this bread to wipe my hands. This is the hot link. Surprisingly it don't got a lot of sauce. Let's see. Nice firm texture. That's a good link. Okay. Okay. Let me taste this coleslaw. Oh that's delicious. Oh that's fire. The wings they were decent. Too much sauce. The ribs seasoned very well. Too much sauce. The turkey tips not seasoned well at all. I'm gonna go home and season them bad boys up. Put them in the oven. This fish is not catfish. It's swai. Seasoned very well. They didn't fry it hard though. I'm gonna give Uncle John's a 7.1 out of 10. 7.1 out of 10. I'm gonna finish this coleslaw though. I'm gonna finish this one ounce of coleslaw. I'm gonna finish this ounce. Everybody told me to come to Uncle John's. So far they are not beating limbs. If there is a barbecue spot that I need to check out in Chicago let me know. I'm searching for the best barbecue. I ain't found it yet.
