Hey, what is up guys? It's Brandon here and today we're going to be taking a look at the Hartford
Business Insurance, doing a Hartford Business Insurance review, taking a look at the pros,
cons, really everything you need to know when considering using them for your small business
insurance. And before we dive into things, of course, I do want to mention if you want to check
out the Hartford for your business insurance, you can check out that first link down below
in the video description. It'll take you right over to this page here where you can compare the
best business insurance companies. We actually rank the Hartford as our number one choice.
You can click on get started and we'll take you right over to this page here where you can get
started with entering in some basic information and get a quote from the Hartford for your small
business insurance. And without further ado, let's go ahead and dive into this review of the Hartford
small business insurance. Now with the Hartford, they are widely regarded as a top tier commercial
insurer for small businesses, praised for its comprehensive business owner's policies or their
BOP, robust risk engineering and strong financial backing. However, depending on your personal
situation and customer satisfaction can vary depending on from one person to person and each
different business owner, depending on your renewal rates and potentially your claims processing. So it
does vary depending on the types of services that you may need. Now taking a look at the quick pros
and cons of the Hartford for their business insurance, they do have a strong selection
of bundled coverages from a variety of different packages. Now this can include some common types
of small business insurance. This includes their general liability, right? So this is a strong
selection of bundled coverages like general liability. We also have professional liability
insurance, workers' compensation. You also have commercial property, commercial auto and cyber
insurance. So these are some of their top most popular coverages for good for a variety of
different types of businesses and most commonly what you're researching for and trying to find
a insurer for each of these different coverages as a business owner. So general liability,
workers' comp, professional liability. Now, in addition to the commercial property, commercial
auto or cyber insurance, they do also have other coverages that you can quote out with them. Again,
links are available in the video description. If you do want to learn more about the different
types of products and services that they have to offer, but those are some of the quick
types that they do cover and some of the most common, most popular ones. Next, they do also
have an excellent financial strength rating via AM Best. Now this is an A plus grade from the
Better Business Bureau as well that they do have in terms of their BBB rating. And for AM Best,
they do also have a top rated rating, right? So this is excellent. Now, what this means is that
the Hartford with their AM Best financial rating of A plus superior with a stable outlook. So what
this exactly means for you watching this video is that AM Best A plus rating is to companies with a
superior ability to meet their ongoing insurance obligations. You can review more directly on the
Hartford financial ratings as you can see on screen here or directly through the Hartford,
but AM Best is a third party company that does rate based on their financial strength. So you
can rest assured that your policies, your claims will be handled and that they do have their
superior ability to meet ongoing insurance obligations, such as paying out your claims,
right? That's one of the most important things with paying for insurance, right? That they would
actually pay you on a claim if you need to make a claim, right? So that's one of the most important
things here. And one of the most top other pros of using a larger organization like the Hartford
for your small business insurance. Next, do also have risk management consultations to help lower
workplace hazards and claims. That's another thing that they can help you out with as well
to try and mitigate your need for actually utilizing the insurance and the claims
process. So that's another fact here. Now, in terms of the pros, they are also available in a
variety of different States. However, this does kind of start some of the cons in terms of what
state you're located in. And if they're available to you is that they currently are unavailable in
the state of Hawaii. As you can see, you know, there's no Hawaii here as well as the state of
Alaska. So Alaska is also not covered. So if you're in Alaska, Hawaii, sorry, you have to look
elsewhere, but otherwise they do cover all other business locations in other States. So those are
just the two that are excluded. A couple other things to keep in mind is some mixed feedback
on customer support and claims handling during some complex losses. Those are a couple of other
things. Some people generally say online about the Hartford as well. And some manual processes
are required for certain documents like certificates of insurance and potentially
some unexpected, you know, premium increases after the initial policy period, which, you know,
honestly, that kind of thing can happen on any type of insurance. I cover a lot of different
insurance companies here on the channel. And that's something that is kind of common, right?
It's something that can happen. Maybe you increase your number of employees, right? You can lead to
higher premiums, something maybe just change happen on a year to year basis that can, you know,
increase your premiums. It just, it varies a lot. It really does change a lot in the insurance
industry. So it's just important to stay on top of your finances and your business and how things
are changing and how your risk assessment can also be managed as well, right? They do have
risk management consultants, which can help you in terms of maybe mitigating the overall, you know,
process in terms of the pricing that you may see per month. Now, in terms of the average annual
pricing, right, they do have this listed out based on the average annual premiums of around
like a hundred bucks a month, depending on the type of coverage that you need. This could be,
you know, $150 for a BOP policy, as you can see based on their, you know, the Hartford's customers
pay it for coverage on average with their business insurance costs. It's, you know, under $2,000 or
right around $1,000, depending on what coverage for each of these coverages. So you can see that
on screen here, but just depends on your situation in terms of the average estimated costs, right?
So that's a $141 a month on the BOP policy. For business owners policy, you have general liability,
which is anywhere from $67 to $68 per month. Workers comp about $80 to $86 a month. You also
have professional liability anywhere from like $62 to $76 a month, depending on the ranges, right?
So all this can vary as well, depending on the industry or type of business that you operate
or what specific coverages that you actually need. But overall, if you do want to get started with
the Hartford, again, you can check out those links in the video description. That first link will
take you right over this page here, where you can compare the best business insurance. When you rank
the Hartford at our number one spot, you click on get started. It'll take you over to this page
here, where you can go through some basic information on them, right? You're in business.
How is your business structured? You can select from, you know, S-Corp, LLC, individual sole
proprietors, depends on your business, what structure it is. And then you can go through,
select the coverages and get a quote today, as far as the pricing that you need for, you know,
for your small business insurance. So hopefully you guys found this video helpful on covering for,
you know, under covering what kind of coverage is right for your business. And if the Hartford
does make sense for you, again, they are a good option with a lot of different types of
coverages for most small business owners. And as you can see, over 200 years of serving customers,
you know, small 1.3 million business customers, you know, quite a big range here.
Pretty positive ratings and reviews overall for an insurance company online, from what I could see,
they have the AM best rating, right? So you can rest assured that, you know,
