Trains in Arvidsjaur - Sweden's Inland Line 2026

Filmed in the summer of 2026 in Arvidsjaur, which is located along the Inlandsbanan in Norrbotten County. In this video you can follow parts of the tourist traffic that takes place during the summer on the Inlandsbanan, which is operated with motor car Y1. In Arvidsjaur, the trains change direction while personnel change, refueling, watering and meal breaks take place. From Arvidsjaur, the cross-country railway also runs to Jörn, via Abborrträsk and Glommersträsk. It has been closed for many years, but now track changes are starting on certain sections as a test for a potential upgrade of the entire line.
