DWI suspect hits construction vehicle, causes fuel spill in Brookhaven

A 49-year-old man, John Arthur Seeger of Medford, was arrested for DWI after driving into a closed construction zone on Sunrise Highway in Brookhaven. He struck an unoccupied construction vehicle, causing a fuel spill. The incident occurred in the westbound lanes between exits 57 and 58.
