What if Claude Code and Codex could work on the same project, at the same time, with shared context, across your whole team? In this video, I test the Tutti VM, a multi-user, multi-agent collaborative workspace that lets your coding agents run locally (same subscriptions, MCPs, and configs) while sharing live context across rooms. I take a project from idea to PRD to deployed landing page using Claude Code and Codex together, show two people editing the same localhost project in real time, generate a hero image in AI Canvas, and hand off work between agents mid-build.
