30 Ducklings, A VERY Protective Mama Duck & A Rescue Rabbit! | Farm Life

Duckling season has arrived at The 10 Acre Woods! 🦆🐣

This week on our Manitoba animal rescue farm, we have ducklings, a very protective mama duck, a newly rescued rabbit, farm projects, donated fruits and vegetables, and plenty of everyday farm life.

We check on our 16 ducklings, including a mama who is especially protective after losing her previous babies to a fox. We carefully move her and her babies into a more secure area—and then something unexpected happens when the ducklings start joining another family!

We also introduce a newly rescued dwarf rabbit, talk about how we handle donated fruits and vegetables for the animals, and show you some of the projects happening around our 10-acre property.

There's also a look at our new sheds, peat moss donation, orchard area, animal shelters, garden shed and some of the work happening at our son's nearby 5-acre property.
