Raus Cabin Model II is an 18-square-meter retreat in Biesenthal, Germany, designed by Sigurd Larsen and Raus in 2022. The compact cabin combines an open, efficient layout with large windows, sliding glass doors, and skylights that frame the surrounding forest from multiple angles. Its dark interior minimizes visual distraction and reflections, while the carefully planned spaces provide essential living and sleeping functions within a very small footprint, creating a strong connection between compact architecture and nature.
