Ingredients:

200–220 ml warm water.

6 g active dry yeast.

1 tbsp sugar.

400 g flour.

1 tbsp salt.

1 tbsp thyme.

Olive oil.

30 g butter.

3 cloves garlic.

2 tbsp flour.

100 ml milk.

50 g cheese.

A bunch of dill.
