I'm having a Blast discovering new ways to take advantage of the extra Firebox Stove versatility that's been unlocked by the new SUMO Wide Stance System! With all that extra stability, we can now build out either side however we we want! In this case I found the "Freestyle Gas Burner Bracket" can be used at an extra low position to allow use of the "High-Low Hangover Trivet Sticks" set up low so you can set up an extra tall oven to use our large bread pan. Now I can bake a cake or a loaf of bread using gas!
