An Unconventional approach to Traditional Peach Cobbler Firebox Camping Stove + SUMO System Cooked!

I love a good peach cobbler and I've tried making it in the past, but haven't been happy with the results. My cobbler has always turned out more like a cake. I recently saw a YouTube "shorts" video that showed me exactly what I was doing wrong. I was excited to try out my new knowledge. I had everything I needed, but since we were in a fire ban, I knew I would have a hard time browning the cobbler so I decided to cook the two elements separately. I couldn't be happier with the results, cooking the the wet part and the dry part separate from each other allowed me to keep the dry crumble portion crunchy on the outside, but still gave way when you bit into it. Such a lovely dessert, especially with that drizzle of cream on top and the fresh blueberries too! Absolutely delightful!
I set up the G2 5" Firebox Stove with the NEW Sumo wide stance base to increase stability for a two burner stove, set up using hangover sticks and side gas burner brackets to be 100% compliant with fire band restrictions.
