Appeals Court Blocks Trump's $400M White House Ballroom

A federal appeals court has ordered an immediate halt to the construction of the Trump administration's $400 million White House ballroom. A D.C. circuit panel ruled in a two-to-one decision that the president does not have the authority to proceed with the project.
