New plaque in honor of fallen officer David Rose

The CDC community and the family of Officer David Rose gathered to mark the one-year anniversary of a deadly shooting. The event featured a private service, the unveiling of a commemorative marker, and the renaming of the roadway leading to the CDC to Officer David Rose Parkway to honor his sacrifice in the line of duty.
