Over 7 unforgettable days, we explored the very best of Ninh Binh. We cruised through the stunning waterways of Trang An, climbed nearly 500 steep steps to the iconic Dragon Mountain viewpoint at Hang Mua, wandered through the massive Bai Dinh Pagoda Complex, cycled through endless rice fields, and watched the sunset over historic Hoa Lu, Vietnam's ancient capital.

Along the way, we experienced water buffalo traffic jams, rode through roads covered in drying rice, accidentally joined an influencer photoshoot, and discovered why so many travelers are calling Ninh Binh the "Ha Long Bay on Land."
