and is occupying 1.4 acres of land. In the last half a century alone,
this property has been subject to multiple renovation projects,
leading us to this luxury cottage that I am excited to show you today.
Originally the property was two cottages divided by this inglenook fireplace.
Now this acts as the focal point between this room and the panelled room next door.
In the early 60s, the owners at that time added bedrooms up into the loft
and with that they added this beautiful two-storey staircase with a galleried landing.
This kitchen is really in keeping with the old
thatched cottage style but also giving you that modern and contemporary feel.
