These homemade rolls turn out incredibly soft, fragrant, and are amazingly easy to make. The perfect pastry to treat your loved ones during a cozy coffee break or to impress guests!

Recipe:
500-550 g wheat flour (4 cups).
2 tablespoons of sugar.
20 g fresh yeast (1 oz).
250 ml warm milk (1 cup).
1 egg + 1 egg yolk.
80 g butter (2 4/5 ounces).
5-6 g salt (1/2 teaspoon).
For decoration:
Peach
crumble:
100 g wheat flour (about 3/4 cup)
50 g butter (about 1/4 cup)
4 tablespoons sugar.
For brushing:
50 grams butter (approx. 1/4 cup)
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons flour
Knead the dough and let it rest for 60 minutes.
Shape the rolls as shown in the video. Brush with the egg-milk mixture.
Bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for 25–30 minutes.
