Forgotten 1950’s Salmon Patties (in just 20 minutes) | Food Wishes

These fast, affordable, and very delicious 1950’s salmon patties started in the 30’s, and reached their peak popularity in the 50’s, but were then forgotten. Happily, I remembered them, and I’m very excited to share them with you since this is definitely a retro recipe worth bringing back to the table. A perfectly paired remoulade sauce for dressing them is also included. Enjoy!
