✍️Ingredients:
450 g (1 lb) white fish
250 g (0.55 lb) wheat flour
3 tsp fish seasoning or bouillon
¼ tsp paprika
¾ tsp salt
¾ tsp baking powder
300-350 ml (1.27-1.48 US cup) of ice-cold, highly carbonated water
150-200 ml (0.63-0.85 US cup) frying oil
Sauce:
1 pickled cucumber (approx. 50 g / 1.76 oz)
4 tablespoons of yogurt
1 tsp coarse-grain mustard
A few sprigs of dill
1-3 tsp lemon juice
