Leatherman Wingman vs Leatherman REV

The Leatherman Wingman and Leatherman REV are so similar that most people would struggle to tell them apart at first glance. They share the same size, the same frame, the same locking tools, and nearly every feature. In fact, these two multitools are almost identical.
So what’s the difference?
The Wingman adds a pair of spring-action folding scissors and swaps the plain edge blade for a partially serrated blade.
The REV skips the scissors but includes a full straight-edge blade instead.
That’s it.
After carrying both, I decided to upgrade from the Leatherman REV to the Wingman because I use scissors far more often than I use a second blade style. For my everyday carry, having a dedicated pair of scissors was worth making the switch.
Ironically, my only complaint with the Wingman is the partially serrated blade. I actually prefer the plain edge found on the REV, so I’m seriously considering swapping the REV blade into the Wingman to build what I think would be the perfect combination.
What do you think?
Would you rather have:
✂️ Folding scissors with a partially serrated blade?
OR
🔪 A full straight-edge blade without scissors?
Let me know down in the comments because I’m curious which configuration people actually prefer.
