This is my fastest meal prep I’ve ever done, and we are not sacrificing on flavor at all! I’ve shared so many meal prep weeks on my channel, where we make 16 meals and snacks in about an hour.. but, I wanted to beat that.. and I thought 30 min might be possible!
Even without any cooking and minimal chopping, I managed to still make this healthy and hit 100g protein per day.. and as usual it’s easy to make everything gluten-free and dairy-free if you want!

This is my fastest meal prep I have ever done and we're not going to sacrifice flavour at all. I
have shared so many weeks of meal prep on my channel where I make 16 meals and snacks in
about an hour. I want to see if we can do 30 minutes. To do that there will be no cooking
at all, minimal chopping, only really one or two things and I am allowed to use pre-made
supermarket proteins. So stop the timer, let's see if we can do this. So the first thing we are
making is a delicious Mediterranean white bean tuna salad. Really fast but it's also got a lot
of flavour and it's stacking proteins. You'll see there's quite a few different proteins we're going
to use. First thing is just a drained can of white beans. You can use cannellini beans,
great northern beans, that's what I'm using. Two cans of tuna, drained. I'm using skipjack,
skipjack tuna, skipjack, skipjack, that's how you say it. And about 100 grams of feta crumbled up,
that's all of our supermarket proteins, I guess you could call them pre-made proteins. Then for
flavour, I have got about a third of a cup of sun-dried tomatoes here, oil drained out, and
about a third of a cup of sliced kalamata olives. These add so much flavour, both of these. About a
tablespoon of olive oil, the juice from about one lemon, salt and pepper, and very last thing,
an optional chop, unless you're someone who likes to eat your shallots whole. If you want a little
bit of shallot or onion in there, you can throw some in. I'm actually just using one. And some
optional parsley, this can also easily be left out if you want no chop, no cook meal prep.
But I mean that both of those took one minute and it adds a lot of flavour. That is definitely
not a boring tuna salad. And I love to have a little slice of sourdough on the side because
you can actually eat this two ways, as it is as a salad and you can have a slice of bread on the
side if you want. Or you can actually eat it with the tuna salad on top of the sandwich and then
it's like a tuna salad sandwich. Very good both ways. So this is lunch is done and this is actually
the most effort thing out of everything we're going to make today. So it's actually going to
get easier as we go, which I love. This is going to be the last time you see this knife. One quick
little chop and that's the chopping finished. Spring onion in the bowl. So this Asian chicken
crunch bowl we're making has the most delicious sauce that I love. It actually has like over 30
grams of protein. I'm using some pre-cooked shelled edamame, about one and a half cups.
About eight ounces of shredded rotisserie chicken. About 12 ounces of a coleslaw mix
that has like shredded cabbage and carrots. Two to three ounces of baby spinach. Toss this all
and get it in some containers. And about an eighth of a cup of roasted salted peanuts on top.
That's done and you can add your own sauce. I'm going to show you one I really like quickly. I
use a third of a cup of creamy peanut butter. Two tablespoons of soy sauce or coconut aminos.
Two tablespoons of rice vinegar. About one tablespoon of toasted sesame oil or a neutral
oil is fine. One tablespoon of honey. A tablespoon of fresh lime juice. Salt and pepper. Mix that
together. And you can add up to a quarter cup of warm water if you want it a bit thinner. I'll
have a grocery shopping list below for you in case you missed that. And just serve it up between four
small containers. I actually think these are going to be way too small. These are about two ounces.
I think these will work. And that is dinner. Each get a salad and a little peanut butter sauce.
That means lunches and dinners or suppers are prepped. We just have snacks and breakfast to go.
A chocolate chia pudding. And I love this. It is so quick. But I also like to have a
high protein chocolate snack around. I always seem to crave chocolate so it's good to just
have it around. I have something a bit healthier. I'm using a quarter cup of cocoa powder with just
a little bit of hot water. And the reason I do this is it actually brings out the flavor of the
cocoa a lot more. It brings out the chocolatey flavor. I need just a little bit more. And it
helps to get rid of any chocolatey lumps, any cocoa lumps. Some smooth chocolateness.
Two cups of milk. I'm using unsweetened soy milk. Three quarters of a cup of chia seeds.
Two to four tablespoons of maple syrup. And that's just based on how sweet you like it.
I'll do three. Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract. And a little pinch of fine salt.
Brings out the chocolatey-ness as well. And just give this a stir. I'm going to let this
set for a few minutes before I serve it out. So while it's setting, I'm going to put together
the breakfasts, which were very quick. We are making high-protein breakfast boxes. These have
over 35 grams of protein and some of my favorite bento box items. We are trying to take low effort
down to no effort. Eight pre-cooked hard-boiled eggs. And these save a lot of time on an extra
busy week. These are quite tiny. Maybe I'll do three. Four snack cheeses. They all get one.
Some raw or dry roasted almonds. About half a cup of berries each. Blueberries or raspberries
or both. I'm using both. And these are optional. I'm adding a few crackers in. And I mean, you
could just add these on the day. Or you could use those pre-packaged little snack packs.
It'll help them stay fresher longer. This breakfast definitely works without the crackers.
I'm using some gluten-free seed crackers. And on the side, they each get a little tub of Greek
yogurt. I'm using some plant-based Greek-style yogurt. I mean, was that 90 seconds? It was
so fast. And don't forget to pack a little spoon with each one. This one, yeah, this is actually
a South African Airways spoon. I accidentally stole this spoon from South African Airways
many years ago. Somehow when I got off the plane, it was in my handbag. I've had it ever since.
It's actually one of my favorite spoons. I actually think it is my favorite spoon. It's
a great size and it's great for little packed lunches and things. A high-protein breakfast
box. You know, I need to serve out the snacks quickly. That chia pudding should be ready.
It's thickened up a lot. And I like to just do a few little chocolate chips on the top.
Adds the finishing touch. Now those look very cute. Okay, so that is breakfast, lunches, dinners,
and snacks. Done. All in about 30 minutes. I don't think I've ever had a week of meal prep that is
this low effort, this fast, this easy. So that feels good. And I think my favorite part about
all of this is that these still feel like real meals. They're still healthy, they're still
balanced, they're still high-protein, and they definitely still got a lot of flavor. There's
a lot of flavor in these. So I'm very happy with how everything turned out. Don't forget,
I'm going to have a grocery shopping list below for you and you can get the ingredients for my
blog linked down below.
