As Guam continued its recovery from a recent typhoon, the island marked its 82nd Liberation Day with cultural performances at the Tumon Night Market instead of the traditional grand roadway parade. A delegation of approximately 70 members from Taiwan, including the Taiwan Falun Dafa Waist Drum Team and Falun Dafa practitioners, arrived on July 18, 2026, to participate in the celebration. Although the signature Liberation Day Parade was canceled because of the typhoon, the delegation enthusiastically took part in the organizers' revised program, sharing vibrant waist drum performances and the peaceful spirit of Falun Dafa with residents and visitors alike.
由台灣法輪大法腰鼓隊及法輪大法學員約70人組成的訪問團，於2026年7月18日抵達關島，參加關島第82屆解放日（Liberation Day）系列慶祝活動。雖然原訂盛大的解放日大遊行因颱風影響臨時取消，但法輪大法學員仍依主辦單位安排，在杜夢灣夜市的慶祝晚會連續兩天表演三場，並接連在關島多處知名景點及大型商場演出，以整齊劃一的腰鼓表演及祥和的法輪大法功法展示，贏得當地民眾、政府官員及觀光客的一致讚賞。

Over the following days, the Waist Drum Team presented three performances across two evenings at the Tumon Night Market Liberation Day Celebration. They also performed at several of Guam's well-known tourist attractions and major shopping centers. Their synchronized waist drum performances, together with peaceful demonstrations of the Falun Dafa exercises, were warmly received and earned widespread praise from local residents, government officials, and visitors alike.
