海外华人社群及全世界一切正义人士——无论您是否认识当年执行任务的武警官兵，无论您手中是否握有任何相关档案、口述、照片或旁证，请立即与追查迫害法轮功国际组织联系，提供哪怕最微小的线索，都可能成为拼凑真相的关键一块。
中国大陆的知情者、退伍军人、当年首钢的员工及家属——您可能就是这场惨案的目击者，或者听闻过相关传闻的亲历者的亲属、朋友、战友。无论时隔多久，您的每一分记忆都是无法替代的证据。我们深知在中共的高压监控之下，站出来需要莫大的勇气，但历史终将记住每一个在黑暗中选择说出真相的人。您可以通过保密管道举报，追查国际承诺为所有举报人保守秘密。
曾经参与、知情、或被迫执行此类任务的公职人员与武警官兵——崔XX的忏悔证明，良知从未真正泯灭。任何执行命令的托词都不能作为豁免的理由，但自首坦白、揭露黑幕、争取立功赎罪，永远是唯一的出路。中共正在解体，全面清算的日子已不遥远。
We hereby issue a solemn appeal:
To the overseas Chinese community and all people of conscience around the world—regardless of whether you knew any of the Armed Police officers and soldiers who carried out the mission at that time, and regardless of whether you possess any relevant documents, oral accounts, photographs, or circumstantial evidence—please contact the International Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong immediately. Even the smallest clue you provide may become a crucial piece in piecing together the truth.
Informed individuals, veterans, former Shougang employees, and their families in mainland China—you may have been eyewitnesses to this tragedy, or you may be relatives, friends, or comrades of those who experienced it firsthand and heard related accounts. No matter how much time has passed, every fragment of your memory is irreplaceable evidence. We deeply understand that, under the CCP’s high-pressure surveillance, coming forward requires immense courage, but history will ultimately remember every person who chose to speak the truth in the darkness. You may report information through confidential channels; the International Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong pledges to keep the identities of all informants strictly confidential.
Public officials and People’s Armed Police officers who have participated in, had knowledge of, or were forced to carry out such missions—Cui XX’s confession proves that conscience has never truly been extinguished. No excuse of “following orders” can serve as grounds for exemption, but turning yourself in, confessing, exposing the truth, and striving to atone for your sins through meritorious service will always be the only way out. The Chinese Communist Party is disintegrating, and the day of a full reckoning is not far off
