This Changes EVERYTHING For The TIMBERWOLVES...

So today we begin with this changes everything for the Timberwolves Watching the mellow ball and Anthony Edwards together on a basketball court Of course is going to be must-see TV It also has the majority of the teams in the National Basketball Association Absolutely terrified. I think it also has head coach Chris Finch a little concerned as well Because we all know Chris Finch is big on defense. Welcome back to the Timberwolves Digest as always Northamerica, I'm Dave DuPont. I bring you daily, Minnesota Timberwolves news trade reports trade rumors And of course a whole a lot of commentary now We've been doing this show for about six months. We are now closing in on 2,000 subscribers, I want to thank everybody out there for all of your support new to the channel, please go ahead and subscribe so on today's show we are going to talk about Lomelo ball and the impact that Lomelo ball and Anthony Edwards are going to potentially have on not just the Minnesota Timberwolves But the rest of the league I've got some new reports on the two of them getting together and as I like to say They're actually hanging out on a European Vacation. We've got a story about Lomelo Ant-man heading to France To hang out with Rudy Gobert and get some practice in now the first slide of today's show I had this Thing up that said ready to work and it's one of the great things about Anthony Edwards is he is Willing to put the work in and we know that Lomelo ball also Throughout his career certainly has been willing to put the work in as well. I think Lomelo Transitioning to the Minnesota Timberwolves, and of course, there's going to be some ups and downs throughout any season in the National Basketball Association, but I think that you have a mature Anthony Edwards and a maturing Lomelo ball Actually heading to France on their own To hang out with Rudy Gobert certainly says a lot about the mindset of these two Minnesota Timberwolves players Anthony Edwards, of course being a superstar and Lomelo ball Certainly a superstar in his own, right? Here's what John Krasinski actually said a little bit earlier in the day He said at least they're not going to the Bahamas. They're not going to the Turks and Caicos They're they are going into Rudy's Backyard, I think this absolutely says a lot about these young Timberwolves and what they are Actually ultimately in the search for Which of course is not Spock they are actually trying to figure out how to get an NBA title to Minnesota now all the LeBron James noise aside. I've got some stats I want to cover with you as well and a couple quotes from the Ant-Man Which we will get into in just a little bit but first I want to put a special shout out to our sponsor price picks price picks as you all know is America's number one sports picks app and the best way to get in on the action By the way new users get $50 instantly when playing your first $5 remember to check out the link in the description and use code digest and sign up to Today, so when I think about Anthony Edwards in the maturity that I've seen out of him over the last three years It has been nothing short of spectacular and I'm talking about the maturity Not just on the basketball court, but a maturity from a leadership perspective And I think what we see with the Ant-Man Getting together with Lomelo Paul who of course was in his draft class is Trying to bring some of that leadership to Lomelo and Hoping that it actually runs off on Lomelo a bit Anthony Edwards admits In a sit-down with Taylor Rooks last week He basically admits that there's going to be some ups and downs First year together. There may be a lot of downs will celebrate both of them celebrate the up celebrate the downs Edwards said to Taylor Rooks at fanatics fest So look, I think Ant-Man is correct. There certainly is going to be some ups and downs I think when I think about what this is actually ultimately going to look like for this, Minnesota Timberwolves team I get super excited not not just from you know, what Lomelo Paul can do from Yeah from crazy distance but what really gets me excited about Lomelo ball and should get you excited as well is Lomelo ball is a true point guard. It is quite frankly Something the Timberwolves have not had who is actually not approaching the need for an AARP card apologies old man, Mike Connelly, but the reality is Lomelo ball is still a youngster and Certainly great at distributing the basketball 7.1 assists last season with the Charlotte Hornets is what Lomelo ball posted I think what we'll see out of Lomelo this year is something between that seven and eight number Because Lomelo ball will also be feeding Rudy go bear who is on his way to spend some time with on a European vacation Now I should point out that they're not actually going on vacation in Europe they're actually going to actually practice with Rudy go bear Think that says a lot about the nucleus of this Minnesota Timberwolves team No word yet if Jada McDaniels was invited IO or any of the other Timberwolves But certainly just getting these three together to talk about things to work out some kinks on their own Non-sanctioned by the Minnesota Timberwolves directly is what makes teams great in the end I am personally super excited about what Ant Man's doing with Lomelo ball already I think head coach Chris Finch has to be unbelievably Encouraged by what he's hearing and certainly Tim Connolly the president of the Minnesota Timberwolves Assuming the Timberwolves don't get LeBron They certainly are going to have to make at least one more move for some sort of power Forward at some point that being said I would love to know what your thoughts your opinions are North America This show is totally interactive.
