NY Giants' Most Consequential Camp Battle: Cornerback

Other position battles that I know I'm looking forward to and really this is the only one where our starting job is up for grabs is cornerback. What's your thoughts on that position? That one is scary. That's why I said the wide receiver one is a little more fun because even if you don't love whoever's the top dog in that, wide receiver two is not something that's like a debilitating part of your offense. Corner two can be. And then you've got Greg Newsome who has just not, he's struggled basically every year in his career except for one. Deontay Banks, I don't really even consider really a part of it even though he'll get his chance. And then Colton Hood, the rookie, who second round rookie corner, I just, I'm not going to project success right away. If you do, it's awesome, but it's a tough position, it's a tough position to play. So corner I think is the most consequential to a camp battle. But my worry for that secondary is that it just, you have two bad players in the secondary and you get picked on players. The Giants could potentially have three or four and that's where you're hoping that somebody steps up at that corner two spot, Adibo steps up at his corner one spot, and then hope the safety play can improve.
