5th Kyu Syllabus | Levels 1, 2 & 3 | Shihan Michael Monaco | IFK Arizona Seminar

During the IFK Arizona Seminar, Shihan Michael Monaco (8th Dan), President and Founder of USA-IFK, teaches the IFK Kyokushin 5th Kyu syllabus as it is performed by count to Introduce the technique and exact mechanics. Then at Levels 1, 2, and 3. Level 1 develops correct technique and coordination through deliberate practice, Level 2 increases the pace while maintaining technical precision, and Level 3 is performed at full fighting speed.

All seminar demonstrations were performed by Senpai Dominic Veltre under the direction of Shihan Michael Monaco.
