Motorhomes Aires Spain | Drive from Southern Spain to Ferry Port Bilbao
Join us on our latest motorhome adventure across Spain as we travel from the warm Murcia Region in the south all the way to the dramatic North Coast of Spain in Bilbao. This vlog is packed with essential information for fellow motorhomers, van lifers and anyone planning a Spanish road trip. We review three Autocaravanas Parkings (Aires) along our route—showing you exactly what to expect, what’s included, and whether each stop is worth adding to your own itinerary. Our first overnight stop is the Aire in San Clemente, a fantastic free motorhome Aire within walking distance of the town. With water, grey and black waste facilities and plenty of space, it’s the perfect stopover—despite not offering EHU. We take a walk into town and show you why this hidden gem is ideal for anyone travelling north through Spain. Next, we head to what might now be our favourite Aire in Spain—the breathtaking Castillo de Haza Aire. Located right by a historic castle, this free Aire offers incredible views, fresh water, waste points and access to a brilliant local restaurant. If you love peaceful stops with unforgettable scenery, this one is a must-see! Our final destination is the Bilbao Aire, perfectly situated for those catching the ferry to Portsmouth. At just €8.50 including electricity, it’s amazing value—but did it impress us? Watch to find out! Whether you're planning a Spanish road trip, researching Aires or simply love motorhome travel vlogs, this episode is packed with inspiration, honest reviews and travel tips.
