So definitely a huge, huge tall house. And even this front door is eight feet tall. So I wanted to bring you along and show you how beautiful this property is. This one, it's going to be four bedrooms, three bathrooms, about 2,400 square feet. And we're going to have one bedroom downstairs, which could be used as a guest or as an office. And then right outside, we're going to have the really updated bathroom. So really, really nice. I love the lighting work and the tile that they use on these. These are your secondary bedrooms. Look how nice these are. For a secondary bedroom to have that expensive tile, really, really nice. I also wanted to show you the detail to the electrical. Electrical work was done really, really nice here. And just look at how beautiful this is. For $499,000, beautiful, beautiful work that they have done here, especially with electrical.
